Refund and Cancellation Policy

Should a student be terminated or canceled for any reason, all refunds will be made according to the following guidelines:

  • Student may withdraw from a class at any time by providing notice of cancellation to the assigned academic advisor at SERNA TECHNICAL CENTER.
  • Student who cancel within the first business day of the enrollment agreement and before the start day of their first class, will receive a full refund of all tuition.
  • Registration fee is non-refundable. The unexplained absence of a student for a student for more 15 school days will constitute cancellation to the school. For purposes of cancellation the date shall be the last of attendance.
  • Cancellation after attendance has begun through 60% of the program will result in a prorated refund computed on the number of hours completed to the total program hours.
  • Cancellation after completing more than 60% of the program will result in no refund.
  • Termination date: The termination date for refund computation purposes is the last date of actual attendance by the student unless earlier notice is received.
  • Refund will be made within 30 days of termination or receipt of the cancellation notice.
